The table shows the percentage of total apoptosis after 48-hour treatment with ELT, DFX and Cytarabine, alone and in combination. The experiment was run in triplicate and results showed as mean ± SD. Student’s t test was used for statistical analysis. p ≤ 0.05 was considered statistically significant, ^* indicates p ≤ 0.05 compared to non-treated sample (NT).
