Percentage of THP-1 cell cells at different phases of the cell cycle after 48 h of exposure to ELT, DFX and Cytarabine, alone and in combination. Cells were harvested, fixed, incubated with Muse Cell Cycle reagents and analyzed on “MUSE Cell Analyzer”. The results are presented as the mean percentage ± SD of three independent experiments and were analyzed by t-test. ^* indicates p ≤ 0.05 compared to non-treated sample (NT).
