Effect of tetrandrine on the mRNA and protein expressions of Bax and Bcl-2. The Ishikawa and HEC-1-B cells were treated with 0, 10 or 20 µM tetrandrine for 24 h. (A) The mRNA expression levels of Bax and Bcl-2 were measured by qRT-PCR. (B) The protein expression levels of Bax and Bcl-2 were detected by Western blotting.
