The basal PfHsp70-1 ATPase activity analysis without compounds and with study compounds (IMA, UAA) and PMB at varying compound concentrations (1–5 mM), both activities incubated at 37°C for 4 h with constant 5 mM ATP and 1 mM PfHsp70-1 concentration.
