Evaluation of combined LAMP primer sets based on target dilution. Reactions using the combined primer sets R34-R31 (A), R18-R34 (B),R18-8N3-R34 (C), and R16.2-R34-R2 (D) were considered positive for RT-LAMP products if they had both a color change from brown to green and a laddered banding pattern on agarose gel after electrophoresis. Target dilution was based on log10 dilutions (10^-1 to 10^-7) of SARS-CoV-2 RNA obtained from clinical samples and the samples were analyzed in parallel by multiplex RT-LAMP (A–D) and RT-qPCR (E) assays. CT₀, initial cycle threshold value of the clinical samples obtained by RT-qPCR; C₀, initial concentration of the clinical samples; NTC, negative non-template control; bp, base pair.
