Randomised trial with eligible non‐randomised patients outside of the trial. Patients not in the RCT were not in because they refused randomization, but allowed monitoring. Patients below 75 years of age, curative treatment for a primary tumor and inclusion within 2 months after curative or adjuvant therapy. No patients were lost to follow up in the RCT control group, and 13 patients were lost to follow up in the non‐RCT monitoring group. |

Two RCT arms, the control arm patients were compared with similarly treated eligible non‐RCT patients. The experimental group took part in a 'starting again' rehabilitation program. The control patients were monitored with survey. |
