Increased dimensionality (both time and space) of personalized health space can provide actionable navigation towards health goals. As a simple example, although jogging may have a higher effort at the moment (hence the uphill initial slope), it informs the user how this action will reach the goal node. By having the pizza, it may be easier in the moment, but the user will have to climb out of a sink in the map to reach their goal.
