Interpretation of the test result- (A) positive: both the dots are visible whereby implicating that the AuNP solution is in perfectly working condition; (B) negative: the presence of the only control dot signifies that there is an absence of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody while the AuNP is perfect working condition; (C) and (D) invalid test: the absence of control dot signifies that the AuNP is not in working condition, henceforth the test should not be interpreted but should be repeated.
