Overexpression of miR-630 promoted transformation from NFs into CAFs. NFs were transfected with miR-630 mimic or its NC. (A) Transfection efficiency of miR-630 mimic was confirmed using RT-qPCR; (B) levels of CAFs marker proteins (α-SMA and FAP) in NFs were detected using immunofluorescence; (C,D) levels of α-SMA and FAP were detected using RT-qPCR and Western blotting. (E) Migration of NFs in each group was detected using Transwell assays; the migrated cells were counted and representative images were displayed. The experiment was repeated three times independently. Data are presented as mean ± standard deviation and analyzed using one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s multiple comparison test, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001.
