Effects of subtracting a compound on the proliferation of mCEC. (A) Morphological comparison of mCEC cultured with subtracting one compound from 6C or 6C, respectively (The group without Y-27632 has been described above). Images were taken at day 3, day 5 and day 7 post seeding. The cell proliferation rate of the 6C treatment group was much better than that of the treatment group minus any compound.
