Differential protein content from pancreatic insoluble fractions of littermate controls and LMP7^−/− mice. A total of 7 μg of protein resuspended in 8 M urea/ 2 M thiourea was prepared and digested with trypsin using a bead‐based SP3 protocol. Measurements were performed on a QExactive HF mass spectrometer. Abundance ratios were calculated as the median of all possible pairwise peptide ratios calculated between replicates of all connected peptides.
