  • “I’m a typer as opposed to a tapper. I’m much more able to ramble like I’d like to if I had a keyboard in front of me...I seem to have a better hand at expressing my thoughts when I can go back and quickly edit.”

  • “[emails] would break down the topics, and I think that was fabulous, that was very informative. Without that information, it would have been difficult because it was not really explained, I went back and read the emails a few times, so it would make some sense.”
