Hepcidin correlates with a worse survival outcome in liver cancer patients. (A) Patient survival outcome was analyzed on the Kaplan-Meier Plotter platform. Hepcidin expression levels were ranged as 0-120133 and the cutoff value for hepcidin expression was set as 501 in the overall and disease-specific survival analysis and 82 for the relapse-free survival using the minimum p-value approach as described (26). Case numbers in each group were listed at the bottom of the figure. (B) The cutoff value for hepcidin expression was 48 in the relapse-free survival comparison. (C) Hepcidin expression range was 0-66150 and the cutoff value was 511 for all three comparisons.
