Fig. 4. Normalised fluorescence emission of the Tyr10 residue of Aβ1-16 on addition of cisplatin (negative control), 1, 3c and 4c (0 to 0.75 eq., phosphate buffer, pH 7.4). Quenching is observed with both square planar 1 (blue) and octahedral 3c and 4c (orange) complexes. The highest degree of quenching is seen with Co-salnaph complex 4c (square). All data is reported as the mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments.
