Analyses were conducted with Z‐scores to allow comparison. Regression coefficients should therefore be interpreted as the increase in the dependent variable per standard deviation increase in serum SHBG, free testosterone, total testosterone or androstenedione (after adjustment for fasting (yes/no), panel C‐I).
