In vitro activation of splenocytes from Cxcl17−/− mice or WT littermates revealed higher production of key activation cytokines by Cxcl17−/− leukocytes including (A) IFN-γ, TNF-α, and IL-2 and (B) CXCL9, CXCL10, CCL3, and CCL4 chemokines.
