Population-level seropositivity and immunogenicity of the IgG response against 23 P. vivax proteins. IgG levels were measured in 1,873–4,255 individuals from a 2012 Thai cross-sectional survey. (A) The percentage of individuals exceeding equivalent of 1/100 of the PNG pool was calculated using RAU values for each protein. The percentage of individuals seropositive was calculated by comparing to seropositivity cut-offs, defined as the mean + 2× the standard deviation of the negative control samples (n = 274). (B) Population-level seropositivity rates (n = 1,873–4,255) compared to seropositivity rates in individuals with current P. vivax infections (n = 76–144).
