The expression of genes involved in the biosynthesis of alanine, aspartate, glutamine, proline, and serine is decreased in AML. The expression of genes involved in the biosynthesis of alanine, aspartate, glutamine, proline, and serine was analyzed using TCGA AML samples. (A), GOT1, (B) GOT2, (C) GLUL, (D) PYCR1, (E) PSAT1, and (F) PHGDH gene expression was significantly downregulated in AML. Log2 (TPM + 1) was used for log-scale and P values ≤ 0.01 are denoted with an asterisk (*) and indicate significance (n_AML = 173; n_control = 70).
