CIN induces cell cycle arrest in M5-stimulated NHEKs. NHEKs were treated with CIN (5 or 10 µM) for 24 h, and then treated with 10 ng/ml M5 for 24 h. (A) Flow cytometry was used to measure the cell cycle distribution in NHEKs. (B) Western blotting was used to detect the expression levels of cyclin E1, CDK2 and p27Kip1 in NHEKs.
