For a monolayer culture of HEK293T cells, the cells were harvested and lysed at 24 h post-transfection, and the error bars present the standard deviation from four replicates in a single experiment; for the suspension culture of HEK293F cells, the cells were harvested and lysed at 48 h post-transfection, and the error bars present the standard deviation of three or four independent experiments (each was conducted in a single well of a 12-well plate).
