LAB modulated mRNA expression of obesity and diabetes-related genes (Glut4 [A] and adiponectin [B]) in white adipose tissue. Cold-stress-induced, high-fat diet-fed mice, NDS groups, and HFDS groups were treated with LAB for 12 weeks, and the epididymal white adipose tissue was removed at 12 weeks. mRNA expression was measured by real-time PCR using Gapdh as an internal reference gene.
