Gene Expression analysis. RNA transcript levels of genes for proliferation and angiogenesis were assessed after 24 h of exposure and included hif1α, vegfa, vegfc, wnt3a, and wnt8a. Graphs represent the mean relative quantification (RQ) +/− the SEM of three experimental replicates (N = 3). A 1-way ANOVA or Kruskal-Wallis ANOVA on ranks were used to determine a significant effect of metallodrugs PMC79 (A) and LCR134 (B) on transcript levels.
