For the G domain, the PTMs between KRAS4A and KRAS4B are similar, including ubiquitination, glycosylation, sumoylation, phosphorylation, acetylation, nitrosylation, and ADP-ribosylation. Within the HVR, specific modifications and related residues share the same color.
