Acute pan-inhibition of deacetylases in L6 myotubes does not impair AMPK-stimulated GLUT4 translocation to the plasma membrane. Plasma membrane (PM) GLUT4 abundance in basal and MK8722 (10 µM)-stimulated L6 myotubes treated without and with NAM at 10 mM and 20 mM is shown. There was a main effect of MK8722 but no effect of nicotinamide (NAM) treatment in L6 myotubes. Data are presented as relative to basal-control.
