Intra-pouch secretion of interleukin-17A (IL-17A), IL-17F and C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 1 (CXCL1) at 24-, 48- and 72-h postinduction in control mice (Iscove’s modified Dulbecco’s medium + 0.75% w/v carboxymethylcellulose) and mice treated with 2.5 μg/ml anti-CD3, 500 ng/ml IL-23 and 10 ng/ml IL-1β (TD) then sacrificed 24, 48 and 72 h later (N=4-5 per group). IL-17A and IL-17F were significantly increased at 24 and 48h post-induction, while a noticeable increase of CXCL1 was observed.
