Male mice were fed a HF or kept on RD diet for 3 months starting at 3 months of age (n≥5–8 mice/genotype/feeding group). Retro-orbital blood and tissues were collected at 11:00 a.m. following an overnight fast. Values are expressed as mean±SEM.
