Visual function changes within 12 hours after NaIO3 injection. Amplitudes of scotopic a-, b-, and c-wave all sharply increased about two-fold at 12 hours after injection with 15 mg/kg of NaIO3. The results are presented as the mean ± standard error of the mean (SEM).
