Cannabis smoke exposure modulates the proportionality of innate immune cell populations in the lungs. Male and female 6–8-week-old BALB/c mice were exposed to room air (RA) or the smoke of six cannabis cigarettes (CS) twice a day for 4 days. Lung innate immune cell populations were quantified via flow cytometry. Proportionality was determined via haemocytometer. Data represent mean±sem; n=5 per group. *p<0.05, unpaired t-test within each sex.
