The levels of inflammatory cytokines in mouse lungs and serum. In lung samples (A), the levels of IL-1β in phage-treated mice (n = 6) were significantly lower than those in control mice (n = 6). In serum samples (B), the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and IFN-γ in phage-treated group were significantly lower than that of the control group, however, HMGB1 had no significant difference.
