Non-contrast-enhanced REACT-CMRA (A, water-only reconstruction) shows good image quality with homogeneous epicardial fat suppression (asterisk), allowing for precise delineation of the proximal right coronary artery and aberrant origin of the left coronary artery from the non-coronary sinus.
