Titers of SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies in vaccinated Syrian hamsters

SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies were quantified in sera of mock-vaccinated hamsters and in hamsters vaccinated with CPD6, sCPD9, and sCPD10 after challenge infection with the WT virus. Sera of naive hamsters were used as a negative control. The dashed lines represents the detection limits of the assay.
