Figure 7

Functional divergences of gut microbiota are illustrated by KEGG pathway analysis predicted through Phylogenetic Investigation of Communities by the Reconstruction of Unobserved States. Statistically significant KEGG pathways between the groups were determined by STatistical Analysis of Metagenomic Profile software (White's nonparametric t-test, P<0.05). Significant differences in KEGG pathways were identified between (A) the LR3 and Sham3 groups, (B) LR14 and Sham14 groups and (C) LR3 and LR14 groups. Groups: LR3, 3 days post-liver resection; LR14, 14 days post-liver resection; Sham3, 3 days post-sham operation; KEGG, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes.
