BCAR4 was highly expressed in ESCC tissues and cells. (a) The expression level of BCAR4 in clinical ESCA (Esophageal Carcinoma) tissues compared with the normal tissues. Expression data of BCAR4 were downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). (b) Kaplan–Meier analysis was used to determine the OS curve of patients with high BCAR4-expressing ESCC tumors vs. low BCAR4-expressing tumors with the data from TCGA. Statistical analysis was performed by log-rank test in a SPSS 22 for Windows. (c)The relative expression of BCAR4 in 32 paired ESCC tissues and adjacent para-carcinoma tissues obtained from ESCC patients was checked by RT-qPCR.
