The data were from TCGA database. The box-and-whiskers plots indicated that some cancer patients had extremely high expression of WNT10A, TNF, and PDGFA that were shown as individual outlier symbols. D’Agostino and Pearson omnibus normality test indicated that the expression of paracrine factors did not distribute normally in all cancers.
