Cell cycle distributions of human kidney carcinoma A-498, human lung carcinoma A-549 and human dermal fibroblast HDF cells (A) and their representative bar graph (B) after treatments with garlic SEVs for 24 and 48 h. Cells were seeded on 6-well plates and allowed to attach overnight. Cells were treated with 50 µg/ml garlic exosome and incubated for 24 and 48 h and then they were subjected to cell cycle analysis as described in the “Materials and methods” section 50 µg/ml garlic SEVs treated cell populations at G0/G1, S and G2/M phases were analyzed. Data expressed as the mean ± SD.
