The HIT-6™ is scored between 36 and 78; the higher the score, the higher the impact of migraine on an individual's ability to function at work, home and during social situations. The MIDAS is scored between 0 and 270; the higher the MIDAS score, the higher the migraine-related disability. MIDAS item A assesses headache frequency during the last three previous months at the time of the clinic visit. MIDAS item B assesses the average intensity of headache pain during the last three previous months at the time of the clinic visit using an 11-point (0–10) numeric pain rating scale.
