Also listed are the adjusted p-values; mean peptide intensities (normalized using internal standards) in fibrosis (IFTA ≥ 15%) and no fibrosis (IFTA < 10%) groups are given with fold change (fibrosis/no fibrosis) for the training cohort 100/100. In addition, the unadjusted Wilcoxon p-values, mean intensities, and fold change for the etiology-matched cohort are given (55/55). * This peptide could not be validated in the etiology-matched cohort (significant regulation in opposite direction).
