The reversal effect of RRY on levels of Aβ_1–42 in the brain, CSF and the serum of the APP/PS1 transgenic mice. A decrease in the total levels of insoluble Aβ_1–40 (B)/Aβ_1–42 (D) and soluble Aβ_1–40 (A)/Aβ_1–42 (C) in the brain of the APP/PS1 Tg mice after RRY administration is observed compare to the Tg Ctrl and Tg Vehicle groups. And reductions of Aβ_1–40/Aβ_1–42 levels in the CSF (E, F) and serum (G, H) were also observed in the RRY-treated group. The data are expressed as the means±SEM (n = 8, ^*p < 0.05; ^**p < 0.01). The results showed a decrease in Aβ aggregation in the RRY-treated group.
