Values reported are the mean and standard deviation (in parentheses) of the relative abundance of sequences in those libraries classified to those phylotypes, considered all available sequences in the libraries. Values greater than 1% are highlighted in bold. Phylotype refers to the highest taxonomic level the OTU could be assigned with confidence and does not necessarily include all OTUs in the analysis representing that taxa, only those showing increased representation in RCI fish libraries. For phylotypes containing multiple OTUs, each OTU comprising the group individually displayed signficantly greater representation in RCI fish versus KC fish samples prior to clustering.
