1-Nitropoyrene (1-NP) reduced cell viability in RAW264.7 macrophages. The cells were incubated with 1-NP at concentrations of 0, 3, 10, 30, and 50 μM for 6, 12, 24, and 48 h at 37°C. Cell viability was measured using the MTT assay. Data are expressed as mean ± SD (n = 5). ^∗P < 0.05 was considered significant compared with the control group.
