Effects of TrxR1 siRNA on cell death and ROS levels in Tempol-treated lung cancer and normal cells. Cells (approximately 40–50% confluence) were transfected with control scramble siRNA or TrxR1 siRNA. One day later, cells were treated with 1 mM Tempol for 48 h.
