Genes are sorted in natural order in plastid. LSC, large single-copied region; SSC, small single-copied region; IRa and IRb, inverted repeats A and B. The darkest blue marks completely deleted genes; skyblue of varying shades marks pseudogenized genes (depending on the length of the preserved gene fragment); light blue marks true genes (translated without errors). Genes described below in detail are marked with peach color (rps16, rps2, infA, ccsA).
