The domain, chapter, and subchapter-level results across all traits are similar when considering other sets of introgressed variants (Figs. S10-S12, Table S2, Supplementary Data 3–4). The boxplot centers represent medians, the white Xs denote means, the boxes are bounded by the first and third quartile, and the Tukey-style whiskers extend to a maximum of 1.5 × IQR beyond the box.
