Venn diagrams of upregulated (left) and downregulated (right) DEGs based on the three Gene Expression Omnibus datasets. There were 132 upregulated genes and 246 downregulated genes identified in all three datasets. (B) PPI network and hub gene identification. A PPI network of 378 DEGs was constructed using the Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/Proteins database. The red and green boxes represent upregulated and downregulated genes, respectively. The cut-off criteria used were |log fold change|>1.0 and adjusted P-value <0.05.
