Screening results. Relative reaction progress of nsp14–catalyzed N7-methylation of the Py-FLINT (Gp3A-3′-O-Py3) probe was determined in the presence of compounds from the LOPAC®1280, Machine Learning SARS Targeted (OTAVA), SARS-CoV-2 nsp16 Targeted (OTAVA), FDA-approved Drug, and Flavonoids Compound libraries. Compounds inhibiting the reaction progress by 70% or more were identified as potential hits. Data are presented as the mean ± SD of two independent experiments.
