An SRE was defined as palliative surgery or radiotherapy to bone, pathological fractures, or spinal cord compression. High-volume disease was defined as visceral metastases and/or at least 4 bone metastases, including 1 or more metastases out of the axis and pelvis; LV disease, the absence of HV disease.
