Primary biliary cholangitis	Autoimmune hepatitis
ALP > 2x ULN or γGT > 5x ULN	ALT > 5x ULN
AMA > 1:40	IgG serum levels > 2x ULN or ASMA positivity
Florid duct lesions on histology	Moderate or severe IH on histology
