( B–D ) Ultrasonography (USG) showed multiple dilated vessels showing arterialization of venous flow, diagnostic of AVM. ( E–G ) Computed tomography (CT) angiography well depicted the tangle of vessels, with arterial supply from branches of the left external carotid artery. The patient was referred for embolization.
