( A ) An arteriovenous malformation (AVM) of the pinna in a 16-year-old adolescent boy who had a swollen pinna showing multiple dilated vascular channels over it. ( B–D ) Ultrasonography (USG) showed multiple dilated vessels showing arterialization of venous flow, diagnostic of AVM. ( E–G ) Computed tomography (CT) angiography well depicted the tangle of vessels, with arterial supply from branches of the left external carotid artery. The patient was referred for embolization.
