Tofacitinib Citrate ameliorates IL-17A-induced leakage in wild-type mice. C57BL/6J mice were treated with or without Tofacitinib Citrate immediately after IL-17A or vehicle (PBS) intravenous (iv) injection and were treated with Tofacitinib/vehicle again 24 h later.
