Only the BRCA1 mutant ovarian cancer cell line UWB1.289 showed a relevant expression of PLA2G7/PAF-AH. Basal mRNA (qPCR; (A)) and protein (Western blot analysis; (B)) expression of PLA2G7/PAF-AH in four ovarian cancer cell lines were compared to the expression in the benign ovarian cell line HOSEpiC.
